🎪 Volunteer with SOAM Markets – 2026 Season! Join us throughout the SOAM Market season at Chick Marchand Park as we celebrate local artists, makers, musicians, and food vendors! Our markets thrive thanks to dedicated volunteers who help with everything from setup and vendor check-in to water restocking, event support, and end-of-day clean-up.

Pick a shift - or several - that fit your schedule. No experience is necessary-just bring a great attitude, a willingness to lend a hand, and comfy shoes!

🌅 Saturday Morning (Before Market Opens) Tasks: Setup – Unload Truck, Tents, Tables, Signage, etc. 📍 Chick Marchand Park
🕘 Shift Window: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
🌅 Saturday Morning (Before Market Opens) Tasks: Vendor Check-In – Greet, Check Off Map, Guide, Help Unload 📍 Vendor Entrance / Check-In Station
🕛 Shift Window: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
🎉 Saturday During Market (General Event Support) Tasks Include: Info table staffing Floating support around the field Water restock for vendors/musicians Trash barrel liner replenishment Light Cleanup & Monitoring 📍 Event Grounds & SOAM Tent
🕒 AM Shift Window 1: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🕔 PM Shift Window 2: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
🎉 Saturday During Market (Parking Attendants) Tasks Include: Directing Vehicles to Public & Handicap Parking Help ensure smooth traffic flow and guide cars into designated parking areas.
🕒 AM Shift Window 1: 9::30 AM – 11:30 AM
🕔 PM Shift Window 2: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
🌇 Saturday Afternoon (After Market Ends) Tasks: Breakdown – Trash, Signs, Tents, Equipment Load-Out 📍 Chick Marchand Park
🕗 Shift Window: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
