Vendor Selection Policy

For SOAM Season 2026, we are prioritizing vendors who specialize in a specific craft or product offering. By focusing on artisans with a clear area of expertise, we celebrate high-quality craftsmanship and help each vendor shine in their chosen field. This approach also creates a more cohesive and enjoyable experience for shoppers.

While we value creativity and versatility, our goal is to feature vendors dedicated to their craft rather than offering a broad variety of unrelated items. If your business aligns with this vision, we’d love to welcome you to our market community!

Volunteers and Free Spot Fee Opportunities

SOAM is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 93-1993655) and has always been powered by a small but dedicated volunteer team. As our markets grow, we’re often looking for an extra set of hands to help with the physical setup and breakdown of market days.

In lieu of a portion of the booth fee, vendors (or a partner, friend, or spouse) may volunteer to assist during setup or breakdown hours. We also welcome teenagers who need to fulfill community service or school-required volunteer hours - there are plenty of age-appropriate tasks available during market days.
