SNOW Volunteer Opportunities Schedule

🎪 Volunteer at SNOW – Saturday, Nov 29th, 2025! Join us at Chick Marchand Park for a fun-filled day supporting local artists, musicians, and food vendors at our signature Winter event, SNOW! We rely on amazing volunteers like you to help things run smoothly - from setup to vendor check-in, event support, and clean-up.

Choose a shift (or a few!) that works for you. No experience needed - just bring a positive attitude, a willingness to help, and comfortable shoes!

🔧 Friday, Nov 28th (1 Day Before Event) Task: Parking Area Measuring & Staking (weather dependent) 📍 Chick Marchand Park
🕠 Shift 1: 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
🌅 Saturday, Nov 29th – Morning (Pre-Event Setup) Task: Event Setup – Unload Truck, Set Up Tents, Tables, Signage, etc. 📍 Chick Marchand Park
🕘 Shift 2: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
🌅 Saturday, Nov 29th – Task: Vendor Check-In – Greet Vendors, Confirm Spots, Help Unload 📍 Vendor Entrance / Check-In Station
🕛 Shift 3: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
🎉 Saturday, Nov 29th – During Event (General Support) Tasks Include: Info Table Staffing Floating Support Around Park Water Restock for Vendors/Musicians Trash Barrel Liner Replenishment Light Cleanup & Monitoring 📍 Event Grounds & SOAM Tent
🕒 Shift 4: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🕔 Shift 5: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
🕖 Shift 6: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
🎉 Saturday, Nov 29th – During Event (Parking Attendants) Tasks Include: Directing Vehicles to Public & Handicap Parking Help ensure smooth traffic flow and guide cars into designated parking area
🕒 Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🕔 Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
🕔 Shift 3: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
🌇 Saturday, Nov 29th – Post-Event Breakdown Task: Clean-Up – Trash, Tents, Equipment Load-Out 📍 Chick Marchand Park
🕗 Shift 4: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
